iCONECTnxt and Equivio Simplify Review and Workflow
Los Angeles, CA (June 1, 2006) - iCONECT Development, LLC announces support for Equivio-processed documents in iCONECTnxt software to support faster reviews and consistent treatment of similar documents. Equivio streamlines workflow by organizing e-mail and other electronic discovery files into groups of near-duplicate documents that can be reviewed and coded in bulk.
iCONECTnxt software enables users to review and manage electronic and document discovery from anywhere in the world via a secured web browser. Users can comprehensively search millions of files in large document databases and utilize extensive search options such as restricting searches to specific fields, folders, or date ranges.
Equivio analyzes documents to identify those that are similar except for a few words or paragraphs (e.g., revisions to a company memo or versions of the same contract customized for specific clients). In iCONECTnxt, Equivio markers enable users to quickly identify and locate these similar documents so they can be reviewed in bulk and treated consistently (e.g., assign the same review designation to all identified documents in one step, or group the documents for similar coding).
